We reserve the right to end a stay where behaviour is unsafe, illegal or causes significant disturbance to others.

Brewery Shop

When placing an online order you agree that:

  • You are legally entitled to purchase age-restricted products where applicable.

  • Prices shown include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders remain subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including where pricing errors or stock issues occur.

Brewery Tours

Tours may include operational brewery areas.

Visitors must:

  • Follow staff instructions.

  • Wear suitable footwear.

  • Remain with the tour guide.

  • Respect health and safety requirements.

Children may only attend where permitted and must remain under adult supervision.

From time to time, Barsham Estate hosts seasonal attractions, including the Maize Maze and other family-friendly experiences.

As these events take place outdoors, opening times and activities may occasionally be affected by weather, ground conditions or operational requirements.

We reserve the right to:

  • Amend opening times

  • Alter activities

  • Restrict access to certain areas

  • Postpone or cancel events where necessary for safety or operational reasons

Where tickets have been purchased in advance, any refund or transfer options will be communicated at the time.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while visiting the estate.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for selected Barsham Estate experiences and products.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

  • Expiry dates will be shown on the voucher or at the time of purchase.

Any additional terms relating to specific vouchers will be communicated during purchase.

Delivery

Delivery of brewery products is subject to our separate Delivery Information policy.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and cannot be guaranteed.

Ownership of products transfers once payment has been received in full and goods have been delivered.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how refunds, exchanges and cancellations are handled across:

Photography & Filming

Visitors may take photographs for personal, non-commercial use during their visit unless otherwise indicated.

Professional photography, commercial filming, or drone use requires prior written permission.

From time to time, Barsham Estate may photograph or film events for promotional purposes.

Where individuals are clearly identifiable, we will seek appropriate consent where required. If you would prefer not to appear in promotional photography, please speak to a member of our team during your visit.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome in many areas of the estate, including the accommodation, outdoor spaces and the Taproom.

To help everyone enjoy their visit, we ask owners to:

  • Keep dogs under appropriate control

  • Clean up after their dogs

  • Respect livestock and wildlife

  • Follow any signage indicating restricted areas

Certain events or attractions may have additional dog policies, which will be communicated where applicable.

Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the estate where legally required.

Certain areas of the estate remain active working farmland and are not open to the public.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to the above, Barsham Estate shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business interruption or other financial loss arising from the use of our website, services or facilities.

While we take every reasonable care to provide accurate information and maintain a safe environment, visitors use the estate and its facilities at their own risk.

We recommend that visitors take appropriate care when exploring the estate, particularly around rural environments, water, livestock and uneven ground.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control
