Set in the heart of the Barsham Estate, The Taproom is a relaxed place to gather with friends, enjoy award-winning beer brewed just a few metres away and soak up the atmosphere of rural North Norfolk. The Beer
Barsham Brewery creates award-winning craft beers in one of the estate’s ancient farm buildings, surrounded by the golden, rolling barley fields that grow some of the best Maris Otter barley in the world. Malted just down the road at Crisp Maltings and blended with pure water from our own borehole, each one of our beers is named after a favourite place or person on the estate, and we are proud to be the purveyors of a “Norfolk Born and Brewed” product in the truest sense.

Throughout the year, the Taproom hosts a growing calendar of events designed to bring people together. From live music and Street Food Fridays to sporting screenings, seasonal celebrations and brewery events, there's always a reason to gather at Barsham. Whether you're joining us for a relaxed Saturday afternoon session or a lively evening with friends, our events combine great beer, good food and a warm Norfolk welcome.
Private hire
The Taproom is also available for private hire, offering a relaxed and characterful setting for celebrations, gatherings and group events on the Barsham Estate.
