Navigation skills at the ready, North Norfolk’s largest maize maze opens this summer. The perfect day out for the whole family: explore the maze, play on our countryside-themed play area and discover our woodland walk before a well-earned bite to eat from our on-site café.

The Maze

Launching for the first time this summer, the Barsham Maize Maze is the newest addition to the estate and another way to experience the countryside together. Wander through North Norfolk's largest maize maze, soak up the fresh air and make a day of it with woodland walks, family activities and time to relax. Designed to celebrate the landscape and bring people closer to the estate, it's an adventure to enjoy year after year.

After exploring the maze and woodland trails, make your way to the StackYard at Barsham Brewery, where our seasonal café offers a relaxed spot to pause and refuel. Enjoy freshly filled rolls, pastries, tea, coffee and soft drinks while little legs recharge before the journey home. Whether you're stopping for a quick coffee or a leisurely lunch, it's the perfect way to round off a family day out on the estate.

  • Use one of the booking links above to book your tickets in advance.

  • Yes, tickets can be purchased on the gate on the day of your visit.

  • Dogs are welcome in The Taproom but not on the Maize Maze site.

  • We have a large, free parking area adjacent to the maze.

  • The Maize Maze covers 10 acres, currently making it the largest maize maze in North Norfolk.

  • Yes! Fresh coffee is available at the entrance to the maze site and our on-site café is located in The Stackyard, serving freshly made sandwiches, salads and cakes.

  • Tickets include all-day, unlimited access to the Maize Maze, children’s play area, sunflower field, woodland nature trail, the StackYard, parking and the café.
